I didn't make the rules very clear (or really establish them at all...). So I figured I'd make a post with them all in one place.
Deadline: July 31st, 2010.
Rules/Guidlines:
When creating your theme, unless tastefully used, images in the background are frowned upon. In other words, don't just throw them in there to have them there.
As far as the "gender" of your theme goes, if you're going to make a male or a female theme, please make a version of the theme for the opposite gender as well.

Also, as far as the design factor goes, if you design it, I can code it in, and really make it part of the website.
